Without any problems, the failure of the product without obvious design defects is mainly determined by the material itself.

We will not provide warranty for damage caused by failure to use the instruction manual. If there is any problem during the use of the product, do not disassemble the product. We will not provide warranty and repair for damage caused by intentional damage to the product or unauthorized removal.

For this reason, in order to protect the interests of both parties, when you use YALAV products normally, the quality appears during the warranty period. If the problem is that you cannot use it properly, if you request a full refund, please keep the product and outer packaging and all accessory accessories within 15 days from the date of purchase of YALAV products. In the absence of obvious scratches, we will refund you in full. In order to protect the best interests of our customers, we also provide warranty services for our customers. When customers purchase products, they only need to keep the receipts and warranty sheets. When they are used normally, in the case of non-human damage, there will be quality problems during the warranty period. We can repair the customer for free. Please carry the product, packing box, warranty and receipt when repairing. Please go to the sales shop where you purchased the product for repair. YALAV will specify the time to pick up the goods for repair. After the repair, the sales shop will inform you to pick up the goods, and you can go to the shop to pick up the goods again.

If there is a quality problem in the product after the warranty period, a certain fee may be charged for the repair. For details of the cost, please refer to the"Fee scale"form. In order to reduce unnecessary troubles and save your time, it is recommended that you contact and communicate with YALAV telephone before the maintenance to determine whether the problem is caused by the product itself or the method of use. If necessary, please Send the product to the designated dealer or the official after-sales business outlet, or send the product back to the company for repair after the agreement of YALAV. After the repair, notify the local dealer to pick up the product or send it back to you. If you request to send it back to you, if the accident occurs and the product cannot be used by the third-party company, the damaged part and Yarra Precision will bear 50% of the responsibility, and you will send the product back to the company. According to the damaged part of the repair, repair and return mailing costs need to bear, after repair, it is recommended that you go to the local dealer to pick up the goods. Repair time and fee

Repair time refers to the time before YALAV receives the damaged product and the repair time is completed and sent to the dealer. The minimum repair time is 5 working days and the maximum is 15 working days. Regarding the maintenance cost, YALAV has made a simple maintenance material quotation form for you to check the cost details. The table lists some products of Yalafa (YALAV) with high failure rate and need to be replaced regularly. The cost of consumable components and consumable components and materials, the price of materials in the table may change with market price fluctuations.
